Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), which began as a deserted area before becoming one of Dubai's most densely populated districts, has emerged as one of the most ambitious projects with brilliantly developed plans. This freehold, gated community is located on the northern edge of Dubai, near the coastal communities of Dubai Marina and JBR. The area is strategically situated in between Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Al Khail Road (E44), two major highways in the UAE, making it easier to commute to other central locations throughout the emirate.

About JVT

The Jumeirah Village Triangle is a residential development with over 6,000 villas, townhouses, and apartments and is divided into nine districts, each with its number. It is a peaceful location close to the city renowned for its family-friendly and secure atmosphere. It has a village-like infrastructure with several street plantings to encourage a healthy atmosphere. It offers residents a relaxed and safe way of life. Additionally, Jumeirah Village Triangle has a community center with a variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and entertainment areas where locals can have an exciting day without travelling too far from their houses. Therefore, it is one of Dubai's most family-oriented neighborhoods.

Neighborhood

Jumeirah Village Triangle is a green development with a serene atmosphere. This tranquil suburban community is regarded as one of the best communities in Dubai. The townhouses & villas are designed to be spacious. Houses come in various configurations, all of which have large plot sizes. There are also open garden areas in front and back of the villas and townhouses. It is a mix of low-rise and mid-rise buildings, many of which have retail shops on the ground floor. Although much of the construction has been completed, many apartment complexes and recreational centers remain under construction. Because the town center is the hub of primary activities, the streets are less crowded, contributing to the area's serenity.

Residents also benefit from the various amenities available in the neighborhood, which range from large green spaces in the parks to well-kept lawns inside the villas. The area's roadways are adorned with plants and well-planted trees, contributing to the eco-friendly atmosphere. Additionally, it is one of Dubai's pet-friendly neighborhoods. In addition to being permitted to walk your fur buddies on the streets here, JVT has lifted the bar for being a pet-friendly community by adding a pet store named Pet Village. The City Vet Clinic, one of Dubai's top veterinary clinics, is also located in Imperial Residence, JVT.

Basketball and tennis courts can be found on either side of the road between districts 5 and 8. Fitness groups meet on specific week days to participate in exercise classes. Tennis lessons, competitive matches, and friendly games keep the courts busy. These sports facilities and play spaces are constantly bustling with activity as you stroll around the neighborhood.

Schools in JVT

There are daycare centers, nurseries, and schools close to Jumeirah Village Triangle. Thanks to Jumeirah International Nursery, which is situated right within the neighborhood, you won't have to worry about sending your young ones to far-off places. It is considered one of the best British nurseries in the emirates.

Kids Kingdom Nursery School is another excellent option. Raffles Nursery Town Centre and Amity Pre-School in The Springs are two other pre-schools and nurseries within a 10-minute drive. Kids World Nursery and Stepping Stones Play School are two other excellent options in the JVC neighborhood.

Some reputable schools in the area make things easier for parents with school-going children. JVT is home to two schools, both of which use the British curriculum. Sunmarke School, which provides schooling from FS1 to Year 13, is in District 5. Higher-level students can also choose the IB curriculum with an expanded IB Diploma Programme option. The institution is renowned for its academic excellence and offers a variety of character-building activities to help students prepare for the future. Arcadia School, situated on Orchid Street in District 9, provides British education. From primary to secondary school years, this coeducational institution offers top-notch instruction. The private school welcomes students from all backgrounds.

Residents will find unique options in the surrounding area for university students. The two nearest options are Concordia in Dubai Production City, 12 minutes away, and Keystrokes University in Jumeirah Park, 9 minutes away. Some well-known universities, like Middlesex University Dubai and American University in Dubai, are located in Knowledge Park, 15 to 18 minutes away.

Things To Do

Jumeirah Village Triangle is home to a community mall, Al Khail Avenue. Covering an area of 2 million sq. ft., the shopping centre features retail and entertainment units, including a multi-screen cinema, Waitrose supermarket, multiple cafes and restaurants. The project has 350 retail stores with as many as 4,400 car parking spaces.

There are several convenience stores in the area. Safeway's biggest store has practically everything you might need, including organically grown fresh fruit and vegetables. Additionally, it features an upstairs cafe with daily lunch specials. Triangle Supermarket is a small convenience store that provides home delivery from 7 am until 11 pm. The only ATM in the neighborhood is located at the F Mart grocery, which is open until midnight and provides a delivery service.

Visit The Beach

The exotic beaches in Dubai are one of the main attractions for people. The distance between JVT and Jumeirah Beach or JBR Beach is only 20 to 22 minutes. Visitors can explore the numerous cafes and restaurants that line this beach and take in the coastline's breathtaking views. The well-known beachfront retail space The Walk at JBR has a variety of fine-dining and budget-friendly options where visitors can indulge in their favourite cuisines.

Relax & Unwind

Districts 8 and 9 are connected by the JVT Community Park, where locals can stroll or have a pleasant evening with their kids. Residents of the neighborhood can also visit the City Centre Me'aisem in the nearby area of Dubai Production City for upscale dining, shopping, and entertainment options. While The Springs community is only 15 minutes across JVT, it is home to one of the most premium recreational resorts: Address Montgomerie. It is an extensive 18-hole golf course. Residents can come here for a fun night out. The resort also offers alfresco dining while taking in the views of the lush green surroundings.

Places To Eat

Stunning restaurants, cocktail bars, and sports bars make up the unique nightlife culture of JVT. It is a hive of activity on the weekend and a ladies' night! Nola is a well-known location that serves delicious Southern American cuisine and unique beverages. Every day from 5 to 8 pm, they have a happy hour on a few drinks, and every Tuesday, they host a famous ladies' night. From 12 pm to 6 pm, all ladies receive free coffee and beignets, and from 6 pm to 12 am, ladies receive four complimentary cocktails and 50% off their food bill!

JVT is home to many eateries, including Forni Pizza & Manakeesh, Safest way Cafe, and Alpastor Cafeteria. Residents can find more options outside the community that are only a short distance away. City Centre Me'aisem, located 10 minutes from Jumeirah Village Triangle, has a variety of eateries. Many restaurants can be found in the nearby community of JVC. Socialicious, Pinza, and Desert Wok Restaurant are all popular choices.
