About The Springs

The Springs, the largest community in the Emirates Living development, is overseen by Dubai's top real estate developer, Emaar. It is the first large-scale development of its kind in the entire Middle Eastern region. And has 14 different sub-communities. Each sub-community has a private entrance and a variety of amenities for residents and is surrounded by picturesque landscapes and sparkling lakes. It has a very family-oriented feel and a strong community vibe.

The Springs is in the new Dubai but close to all the activity. Despite the tranquil surroundings, Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road are easily accessible, making the commute to work stress-free. The Springs residents can easily travel to the closest Dubai Marina or Jumeirah Beach Residence for a fun evening because the neighbourhood is not too far from the city's most well-known neighbourhoods. The area is home to many ex-pats and offers a variety of family-friendly entertainment options.

In The Springs, there are a variety of semi-detached, terraced townhouses for sale, some of which have 2 or 3 bedrooms and a maid's room. The townhouses have identical exteriors painted in a sandy hue, but they have eight different interior layouts to accommodate various needs and preferences.

You can expect the neighbourhood to be clean and organized, with plenty of greenery and flowers to add life and colour to your surroundings. The Springs offers a family-friendly, pet-friendly, and homelike atmosphere in a suburban community just minutes from Dubai Marina.

The Springs is undoubtedly a viable option if you're looking for a neighbourhood with convenient access to a reputable school.

In Springs, young families with children have a variety of nurseries to choose from. Raffles Nursery and Jebel Ali Village Nursery are conveniently situated close to The Springs Souk.

A reputable option is Dubai British School in Springs 3. From pre-primary to Year 13, it follows the UK curriculum. The Emirates International School in The Meadows, which provides the International Bachelor system till the 13th year, is another option. Regent International in The Greens is another excellent British-based option.

Older students looking for higher education options will find plenty nearby. The numerous institutions in and around Knowledge Village are approximately 15 minutes away. Among the notable universities are Michigan University Dubai, the University of Wollongong Dubai, the American University of Dubai and many more.

Things To Do

In general, Springs Souk is busier in the evenings as families visit the stores to buy groceries, get their hair cut, or go out to dinner at one of the many restaurants in the area.

The JBR beach is one of the most renowned beaches near Springs Dubai; it is only a 15-minute drive away for residents to enjoy a weekend of sun & sand. Watersports, camel rides, and even a SplashPad are available for families at The Beach mall, located by the sea.

For The Foodies

The Springs Town Center, located halfway between Springs 2 and 3, is home to all daily necessities. A sizable Spinneys, a small pharmacy, ATMs, and even a small pet store for your furry friends are available.

Springs Souk and the nearby Meadows community centre have many cafes and restaurants. Popular restaurants include the Arabian-themed Royal Bakery and the Victorian-themed Shakespeare & Co.

Other fast-food restaurants and coffee shops can be found in the Town Centre, including McDonald's, Subway, Tim Hortons, Texas Chicken, Starbucks, Wendy's, Zaatar W Zeit and Costa Coffee. Russo's New York Pizzeria has some fantastic food, including their novel XXL pizza, which is perfect for a family dinner.

Ex-pats who want a taste of the British way of life can visit Reform Social & Grill in The Lakes, a local favourite, for weekend brunch or an after-hours fiesta. Depending on your mood, the well-liked "gastropub" features a top-notch British menu in a family-friendly restaurant, bar, idyllic garden and lakeside setting. Other options include Organic Foods & Café, a great kids' menu, and the well-known Asian restaurant Wagamama. These two flexible dining options are ideal for a relaxed family meal.

For The Shopaholics

The Springs Souk has almost everything you could need. The family's weekly shopping can be done at Carrefour or Spinneys, and on the weekends, you can watch a movie at Reel Cinemas. There is an indoor play area for kids.

The Springs Souk has many restaurants, beauty parlours, and retail stores. The close-by City Centre, Me'aisam (18 minutes away) and the enormous Mall of the Emirates (20 minutes away) are ideal for those looking to do some serious shopping.
