Being a broker in Dubai for over 7 years, Calum noticed significant flaws in how companies were treating their brokers which in turn undermined their customer service. So in 2021, he decided to open up White & Co Real Estate, a transparent and authentic estate agency that engrossed brokers.
His ethos of 'If you look after the broker, the broker will look after his client' has led to a significantly high level of employee retention in an industry where employee turnover is at its peak, and an equally high level of customer satisfaction in a market where clients are let down on the regular.
Under his leadership, White & Co started with 8 employees and has progressed to over 170 brokers in just a year. All while growing more and providing a higher form of reality.
