White & Co Holiday Homes will charge 15% of the gross monthly revenue to manage your property entirely. It is not a fixed amount but a percentage of the property's income.
The tenure period of the contract is for 12 months (yearly), and a 90 days notice period must be provided before cancellation via contacting the agency directly and speaking to a representative.

As a first step, individual operators, such as homeowners, should sign up on the Department of Economy and Tourism website. Respective operators must fill out the necessary information and upload copies of their passports or Emirates ID to register. The registration cost for a single operator is AED 1,500 plus AED 10 for knowledge and AED 10 for innovation.
When applying for a DET permit for short-term rentals, homeowners must upload the property's title deed and the DEWA bill under the owner's name.
