Poppy relocated to Dubai at the end of 2017 to begin her career as a Property Consultant. Within just two years, her exceptional performance and ability to drive results led to her promotion to Senior Consultant. Before moving to Dubai, Poppy worked in Canada and the USA for over 6 years as Director of Operations for a private equity firm, where she gained extensive experience in both commercial and residential real estate.
During her time in North America, she also played a key role in raising funds for mid-sized development projects, typically valued between $40 million to $150 million. In Q4 of 2022, Poppy joined White & Co as Director of Leasing and Training, quickly earning a promotion to Sales Director. Her deep expertise, passion for the Dubai property market, and commitment to coaching have made her an invaluable asset to the team, helping agents achieve success in a highly competitive market.
